Computing technologies have reached a point where complete apps can be run online through web browsers without having to be installed on your device. "Web Apps" (also known as "Cloud Apps") bring many advantages, such as automatic updates (apps will always be the most recent version), cloud saves (never lose data if your computer crashes), cross-platform compatibility (it doesn't matter what computer you use; Windows PC, Mac, Linux, or a Chromebook), and generally lower system requirements.
Below are a few web apps we've found that we recommend for work, for study, for creativity, and even for general-purpose use. If you need help getting started with any of these, feel free to contact us through ict@stclaireschool.edu.ph.
